All fabrication is done using high-quality, high-strength steel that meets or exceeds the requirements of international bridge codes. Work is conducted in compliance with European, North American, and Asian quality control and workmanship codes, including ASTM, AASHTO and EN1090. The factory has multiple quality certificates, such as ISO 9001 plus environmental and health and safety certificates ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
The fabricated components are hot dipped galvanized for extended life and durability. The thickness of this coating is checked to ensure the bridges are protected in the harshest locations.
3S Bridge has worked with multiple independent quality management and inspection companies that include SGS and TUV.
